Christmas carols are something that you either like or don't I think. I'm the kind of person who will often have deck the halls running through my mind in mid July. There are a couple I like that tad bit more than others. The War is Over ~ Lennon is one. Good King Wenceslas is one of the traditional ones I quite fancy and is partly fueled by Hugh Grants rendition. Winter Wonderland has had some great covers including Jason Mraz as well. There are some beautiful covers around- A Very Special Christmas is an ongoing series of Christmas covers and all proceeds benefit the Special Olympics. There is seven albums out at the moment and they include artists from The pretenders, Whitney, Run DMC, U2, Madonna, Bon Jovi to pretty much every recent Disney Star. There are some really nice covers hidden- something a little different, a little more tolerable for chrissy morning. What are your favourites?
