I have posted more than once about Smashing Magazine, but in all honesty I could spend days and days exploring their archives. They raise some very interesting points and have a wonderful catalogue of resources on absolutely everything design related.
Some more gems I have stumbled across lately include these sexy portfolios, creative blog designs and a basic introduction to colour theory.
