Marquise & Meringue

To my mothers astonishment tonight I am cooking dinner for our guests and am actually really excited!

We aren't entree people so the menu thus far ;

Chicken kiev with Rosemary & Thyme roast vegetables (potato, pumpkin + onion) and Lemon Thyme roast zucchini. 

Desert (the best part)

Chocolate Mint Marquise with Vanilla meringue (and ice cream)

Nothing too fancy but Im so in love with cooking at the moment- particularly after seeing Meryl Streep's bakery in Its Complicated.
