Corrina Corrina

For $6.99 I recently purchased a childhood favourite of mine Corrina Corrina and rediscovered some of the great lines from it. Two stand outs:

1. “Do you taste like chocolate? Do you taste like vanilla?”
   
2. “A bird and a fish can fall in love. But where will they make their nest?”
   

It deals with such universal and quite serious themes but does it in such an inviting way.

I never realized its true value as a child- I always just wanted to wear golden sundresses and have birthday parties with hoola hoops, pogo sticks and googley-eyed glasses.
